Help Alamosa seniors through enterprise zone

ALAMOSA — The Alamosa Senior Citizens are excited to participate in the San Luis Valley Enterprise Zone Program! I am often asked, “What makes donating through the Enterprise Zone so special?” According to their website, businesses located in the San Luis Valley Enterprise Zone may qualify for tax credits that encourage job creation and investment in the Enterprise Zone, and support non-profit organizations that assist with the needs of the community. By contributing to the Alamosa Senior Citizens, Colorado taxpayers may earn a 25 percent state income tax credit. The Senior Center has several projects to complete and those Enterprise Zone contributions will help us to reach our goals! Thanks so much to those of you who have had made contributions through the EZ and should anyone have questions about how to donate in the future, please give us a call!

Consider joining us for our next trip to Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam. We depart from Alamosa on October 5th and return on October 12. For more information call the Center @ 719-589-3277 or via the web at: http://www.grouptrips.com/alamosasenior. This looks to be an amazing and enjoyable trip so gather up your friends and come along!
