Here is the Alamosa County Sheriff’s Office report for the week ending Nov. 18.


Pedro Alvarez, 60, of Carbondale, was cited for speeding 20-39 miles per hour over the limit near the 5,000 block of Highway 17 North.

Danae Casanova, 21, of Monte Vista, was cited for expired temporary tags near the 200 block of Santa Fe.

Jared Linton, 29, of Louisville, was cited for failure to drive in a designated lane, eluding police officers, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal impersonation near the 3,000 block of Highway 160.

David Howard, 55, of Alamosa, was cited for speeding 10-19 miles per hour over the limit near the 15,000 block of East Highway 160.

Araya Rodrigues, 19, of Salida, was cited for speeding 20-39 miles per hour over the limit near the 3,000 block of Highway 17 North.

Joseph Bates, 60, of Gardner, Kan., was cited for following too closely near the 16,000 block of Highway 160.

Jonathan Bland, 60, of Cortez, was cited for speeding 10-19 miles per hour over the limit near the 11,000 block of Highway 160.

Tammy Zamora, 61, of Center, was cited for speeding 20-39 miles per hour over the limit near the 5,000 block of Highway 17 North.

All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
