Here is the Alamosa Police Department report for the week ending Nov. 12.


Rikk Chavez, 29, of Alamosa, was cited for operating an uninsured vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle on a public roadway and attempting to elude police.

Ralph Gurule, 58, of Alamosa, was cited for careless driving.

Marcos Rodriguez Trujillo, 23, of Phoenix, Ariz., was cited for DUI-alcohol and driving with a defective headlamp.

Andrew Worthington, 59, of Alamosa, was cited for criminal mischief-business.

Brandon Fulton, 37, of Creede, was cited for domestic violence, stalking, harassment, second-degree burglary, second-degree kidnapping, criminal attempt and violation of a restraining order.

Cody Fehringer, 20, of Craig, was cited for careless driving, failure to notify police of an accident, underage consumption/possession of alcohol by a miner, DUI-alcohol and DU per se.

Lee Archuleta, 43, of Alamosa, was cited for displaying an expired license plate (over 60 days).

Jason Delman, 52, of Alamosa, was cited for failure to yield the right of way when proceeding from a stop sign.

Jonathan Clark, 22, of Alamosa, was cited for failure to yield right of way when proceeding from a stop sign.

Angie Duarte, 26, of Alamosa, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign.

All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
