VALLEY — The Division Engineer for Division 3 of the Colorado Division of Water Resources announces that the irrigation season will end on November 20 for all irrigation structures within the drainage areas of the Conejos River and Culebra Creek (Water Districts 22 and 24). This announcement is made pursuant to the State Engineer’s policy number 2010-1 regarding the setting of an irrigation season in Division 3.
