It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our son and brother, Jerome “Jerry” Mathew Salazar of Monte Vista, CO.

Jerry was born on December 8, 1953 in Holyoke, MA to Modesto and Martha Salazar, He passed away in Colorado Spring on November 13, 2023 with family at his side.

We will have a Rosary at 10:30 am followed by the Funeral Mass on April 20, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at St Joseph Catholic Church in Monte Vista, CO.

The interment will be at the Colorado State Veterans Center Cemetery at Homelake, Monte Vista CO, following the service with full Military Honors.
