Kiwanis supports Sargent Early Learning Center

At the February 20 Kiwanis meeting, Monte Vista Kiwanis Club President Wayne Wittner presented a $150 check to Marsha Mangan, Sargent Early Learning Center, for the 2019 Quality Improvement Plan to purchase playground furniture and blocks.
