Alamosa residents Trudi and John Kretsinger received the Friend of Organic Agriculture Award at the New Mexico Organic Farming Conference held February 17/18 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Nominated for their dedication to organic farming and their work with Sweetgrass Co-op, the Kretsingers have worked hard to introduce organic and cooperative ventures throughout Colorado and New Mexico.
