ALAMOSA — La Puente believes that every person should not only be warm during this cold season, but should also get to experience the magic that makes Christmas such a special time of the year.

Unfortunately, the sad reality is that the holiday season, which serves as the happiest time of the year for so many people, can be the most difficult and depressing time of the year for others.

La Puente is looking for volunteers for their annual Outreach Christmas Party this Saturday, December 16th. Volunteers will help distribute over 600 gifts, serve a hot meal, sing carols, and pass out coco and cookies. 

It’s an opportunity to be part of an annual tradition where community members share the magic and beauty of Christmas.
