SAN LUIS — The last community meeting/dialogue concerning La Vega will be held on Saturday, November 17, at 10 a.m. at the Costilla County Conservancy District Office in San Luis. Over the last two years, since La Vega was placed on the tax rolls, the La Vega Board of Directors have conducted several public meetings in an effort to legally settle the management of La Vega for future generations. The board of directors and their attorney Jerome DeHerrera are finalizing legal plans. These plans will be discussed at this meeting.

La Vega users from San Acacio and Chama are urged to attend as well as users from San Pedro, San Pablo, El Rito and Los Vallejos.
