ALAMOSA – The Del Norte High School girls soccer team ended a 29-game losing streak that dated back to the 2021 season with a 4-1 win over Dolores Huerta Prep Friday in at the Del Norte stadium.

The Lady Tigers took off to a good start as they led 3-0 at halftime. Both teams scored a goal in the second half.

The Lady Tigers’ last win was a forfeit victory over Center on May 25, 2021.

Del Norte will close out the season on Saturday as it will travel to Telluride. Gme time is at 4 p.m.
