SB19-225- Authorize local governments to stabilize rent costs. Repeal enacted legislation from 1981 to allow local governments to place controls on private homes and housing units. This could actually worsen conditions of high rent and current shortage.

HB19-1039 Identity documents for transgender person. Eliminates. A requirement that an individual get a court order to obtain a new birth certificate reflecting gender designation. To reverse this process would require court order. Under 18 would require parental consent.

SB19-188, Paid Family leave. Partial wage benefit for up to 12 weeks, per year, to care for family member. Local Government may chose not to participate and federal and railroad worker exempt. Eligible after working 680 hours. Eligible regardless of citizenship or immigration status. Estimated cost, 2019-20, $55,552- 2024-25, $986 million. 60–40 split cost on employee/employer.

HB19-1312 school vaccination. Requires State Board of Health to adopt federal standard forms to claim an exemption.
