ALAMOSA — A memorial service will be held for Lawrence ( Jimmy ) James Lopez Jr. at the Alamosa cemetery on October 3, 2020 at 2 PM.

On August 28, 2020 Jimmy passed away at his home in Jacksonville North Carolina.

He is survived by his mother Joanne Lopez of Jacksonville,  North Carolina sisters Teresa Lopez of Fort Garland, Deborah Lopez of Alamosa, Shirley ( Calvin ) Felix of Jacksonville,  North Carolina and Terry Montano of California, two daughters Angelica Lopez of Fort Worth, Texas and Victoria Cisneros of Colorado Springs, Colorado, 6 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his father Lawrence Lopez Sr.
