I feel Kristi Mountain Sports should be recognized for the way they do business. I don’t drive, so they come out here and fix my bike. They go out of their way to help me. If they can’t do it here where I live they pick up my bike and I take a taxi out there to ride it back. They go out of their way just to help me.

They are really nice people, especially Lisa, and the guy that came out was really nice to me. He lowered my seat so I could get on my bike.

There’s a lot of businesses that wouldn’t go out of their way to help out a person.

My dad was in business before he passed away. He always used to tell me, ‘when you go out of your way to help somebody, that’s good business’.”
