After many years Boy Scout Troop 276 will be releasing its Charter.

Troop 276 would like to thank the following organizations for their past support of our troop; United Church of La Jara for allowing meetings in the basement and Noah’s Ark room, Saint Joseph Parish for the use of the kitchen for fund raising bingo concessions and the use of the fireplace room and gym for ceremonies.  A special thank you to the Conejos County/La Jara Rotary Club for their financial support and in the chartering of the troop.  

We would also like to extend our sincere gratitude to the many people who have served as leaders, committee members and community supporters over the last 22 years. Throughout these years over 45 boys have been a part of Troop 276’s Boy Scout Program and 9 achieved Eagle Scout. The program has benefited the boys, the leaders and the community.
