Letter to the editor: Thanks for making Sargent anniversary memorable

Kudos to the team that did ALL of the work to put together a memorable 100th anniversary for Sargent high school. Each introductory speech was excellent. Copies of hundreds of class pictures covered with clear plastic provided entertaining table covers. Vases with fresh flowers and decorated with team pictures made wonderful door prizes. The junior high hall decorated with banners and even more pictures along with a trophy case filled with memorabilia made for a fun and interesting stroll.

Locavores restaurant, owned by Matt and Wendy Seger, served an excellent lunch.

It was wonderful to see so many Sargent graduates. The drone picture with the attendees forming a giant 100 on the football field made for a special memory.  Specially designed T-shirts and caps were available.

My class had additional events planned since it was our 50th class reunion. It was so great to see so many of our classmates.

Tom and I appreciate all the work that made this event so special. Thank you so so much, all of you who worked so hard to make this day so memorable. Blessings.
