BERTHOUD — Lloyd and Linda Mobley were married February 19, 1969 in Lloyd's Mother's home in Redondo Beach, California. They recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary at Grace Place Church in Berthoud, Co. with Pastor Hollis Hunt officiating.  Lloyd and Linda have two children, Stephanie and Lloyd III.  Stephanie's children are Gabriel 18, Desirae 15, and Mandy 37. Stephanie is self employed and owns her own business.  Lloyd III has been married to his wife Melinda for 21 years and their children are William 12 and Collier 10. Lloyd III graduated from UCHSC medical school in Denver in 1998 and served his medical residency in Omaha for 7 years. Lloyd III's  business is Rocky Mountain Neurosurgery located in Lone Tree, Co..

All because of Lloyd's car breaking down in Denver during a trip from California led to their first kiss.  Lloyd got a job at Azar's Big Boy in Denver as a cook where he met Linda a few months later. Shortly after they moved to California and worked for the Big Boy Restaurants in California for five years and then purchased their  first Burger Baron fast food franchise in Alamosa, Co. located on Main Street in 1973. They have resided in various places during their marriage: Denver,  California, Alamosa and Loveland, Co., McMinnville, Or. and currently in Berthoud, Co. since 1997.

Lloyd and Linda are self-employed as professional Christian Illusionists who have performed for churches, schools, theaters and many other venues. Lloyd and Linda auditioned for Americas Got Talent in 2013 in Denver which was a fun experience.

Linda George Mobley  has a twin sister Sandra George Waldroupe. They graduate from Alamosa High School in 1967. Their brother Gordon George served in the U.S. Army stationed in Vietnam gave his life on June 9, 1979 shortly after he arrived. Gordon's name is listed on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall in Washington D.C. which is service members who died in service in Vietnam.  Their parents,  Bill and Freida Davis owned Valley Tile Co. in Alamosa.

Lloyd and Linda's  love and devotion to God, each other, their family, their children and grand-children and their church are the reasons attributed to their successful marriage.  When we put God first in our lives and love one another and can forgive one another we will be where God want us to be.
