MONTE VISTA — The Monte Vista Elks will host the third annual Flag Day ceremony and bike rally on Saturday, June 9, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Fullenwider Park. There will be a free safety road course, free catered meal for children, and bicycles will be given away in a raffle at 2:30 p.m.
