STATEWIDE — The Colorado Supreme Court Nominating Commission has rescheduled a meeting to interview applicants and select nominees for appointment by the governor to a vacancy on the Colorado Court of Appeals created by the retirement of the Hon. Dennis Graham, effective Feb. 12, 2018.

The Commission will hold interviews November 27, 28, and 29. Supreme Court vacancy applicants must be available November 27 and 28; and Court of Appeals vacancy applicants must be available November 28 and 29 as interview dates and times will be assigned.

No new applications will be accepted for the Court of Appeals vacancy, as that application period closed Oct. 23.

Any applicant who has applied for the Court of Appeals vacancy who would like to be considered for the Supreme Court vacancy must submit a separate application for the Supreme Court vacancy. Applications for the Supreme Court vacancy are due Nov. 20.
