Over a century of Fiesta de Santiago y Santa Ana

170 Years of Celebration

SAN LUIS — The Town of San Luis invites you to the 170th  tradition of celebrating the feast days of San Luis’ patron saints, Santiago and Santa Ana. The Fiesta de Santiago y Santa Ana is a gathering of local generations to enjoy church events, authentic food, traditional music and most importantly, fun and community fellowship, while honoring the cultural uniqueness and heritage of San Luis, the oldest town in Colorado, and its surrounding villages.

The 2021 Fiesta is set for July 23 through 25, 2021 and kicks off on Friday, July 23rd with Cuarenta Y Cinco performing at the San Luis Community Park. Saturday’s band performances are Jerry Dean from 2 pm to 6 pm and Blue Ventures from 8 pm to 12 am.

The Feast of Santiago begins in Chama, Colo. and includes a procession on Saturday, July 24th at 4:30 pm with a Mass at 5 pm and Potluck following. On Sunday, July 25th, the Sangre de Cristo Parish will host the Mariachi Mass at 11:00 am with Food & Musical Entertainment afterward.

The Fiesta Car Show will be held on Saturday, July 24th, 2021 from 9:00 am to 3 pm at the Sangre de Cristo Parish. The annual Stations of the Cross 10k run/walk begins at 7:00 am on Sunday, July 25th. Sign up at www.raceentry.com.

Business permits are required to sell food or merchandise at this Town of San Luis’ historic celebration. If you would like to be a vendor please download and fill out the application at http://townofsanluisco.org/santana.html and return to the San Luis Town Hall to reserve your spot at the 2018 Festival. Tent booths, table displays and vending trucks welcome.

Premium booth spots are available for $30 per day. The fee for a Special Event Permit/Vendor Permit is $30.00 for the two days. For questions call: (719) 672-3321.
