Duran and Louise O. Trujillo Duran in Los Angeles, California. She was united in marriage to Miguel Castro Robles. Peggy was so full of life.

She loved God, loved her life, and loved people. She was always with a smile and a song in her heart, and when it came out of her mouth, it was heavenly. She could sing! She loved to sing. She enjoyed cooking, having a clean home, and liked calling and communicating with her loved ones.

Yard sales, pedicures, The Goodwill, and Pier 1 were on her agenda and her favorite things to do as she would travel often to Grand Junction to be with and spend time with her children and grandchildren with the hopes of soon retiring to live there close to them. They were her pride and joy. She was an amazing wife, mom, grandma, daughter, sister, auntie, cousin, and friend to many. Her love for Jesus was evident. Her life was a beautiful testimony and example. Her light shined and will continue to.

She was preceded in death by her father, Toby M. Duran; brother, Buddy A. Duran; sister, Sharon R. Duran; and nephew, Tobias B. Duran.

She is survived by her spouse, Miguel Castro Robles of Center, Colorado; her children, Justin (Ann) Duran of Grand Junction, Colorado, Jodi (Nick) Espinosa of Grand Junction, Colorado, and Jamie Duran of Grand Junction, Colorado; two grandsons, Damian “Siah” Espinosa, and Malakhi Espinosa; two granddaughters, Noel Renteria-Duran and Olivia Howard; her mother, Louise Duran of Center, Colorado; siblings, David (Judy) Arellano of Pueblo, Colorado, Gary (Vivian) Duran of Sanger, California, Debbie Duran of Gypsum, Colorado, Brenda Torres of Dickinson, Texas, Nancy “BooBoo” Duran of Center, Colorado, Janice “Punky” (Glenn) Valdez of Ogden, Utah, Monica Garcia of Yakima, Washington, and Tashli Duran of Pueblo, Colorado.
