Students at the Alamosa Elementary grades 3-5 raised $2,100 in a penny war. The following donations were made: The Alamosa Food Bank; The Stephanie Miner Imaging Center; The SLV Cancer Relief Fund; goods to the humane league (shout out to Big R for the discount on the dog food) and Random Acts of Kindness.
