  • Daniel Moreno Rojo, 18, Alamosa, was cited for third-degree assault, obstructing a peace officer, interfering with staff or students of an educational institution and second-degree burglary at 805 Craft Drive.
  • Salvador Lucero, 41, Alamosa, was summoned for theft under $50 and resisting an officer at 412 Denver Avenue.
  • Renate Espinoza, 44, Alamosa, was cited for failing to yield to the right of way at 1500 Tremont Street.

January 28

  • Taylor Tai, 23, Alamosa, was summoned for driving under the influence, driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 or more, weaving and driving with a revoked license at the 1000 block of Main Street.

  • Ann Morgan, 33, Alamosa, was summoned for theft between $50 and $299 and disturbing the peace at 1301 Main Street.
  • Terri Turpin, 49, Alamosa, was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign and driving without a seatbelt at the intersection of 10th Street and Bell Avenue.
  • Danny Romero, 35, Monte Vista, was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign and driving without a seatbelt at the intersection of 10th Street and Bell Avenue.
  • Rodolfo Vialpando, 30, Alamosa, was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign and driving without a seatbelt at the intersection of Clark Street and Craft Drive.
  • Isaia Faalafuarosten, 21 of Signal Hill, California, was summoned for failing to use turn signals, driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 or more.
  • Samuel Hopper, 28 of Sentinel, Oklahoma, was summoned for harassment at 3333 Clark Street.
  • James Brown, 37, Alamosa, was cited for having an open container of alcohol at Cole Park.
  • Margie Medina, 34, Alamosa, was summoned for theft under $50 and harassment at 802 State Avenue.

  • Christopher Erickson, 33, Alamosa, was cited for possessing a controlled substance, possessing drug paraphernalia and criminal impersonation at 3333 Clark Street. There were .39 grams of suspected meth recovered from Erickson.
