  • Maria Avila, 36, Alamosa, was cited for two counts of an unlicensed dog running at large without vaccinations at 502 Ninth Street.
  • Crystal Mares, 35, Antonito, was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of 11th Street and State Avenue.
  • Carols Romero, 33, San Acacio, was cited for distributing a schedule II controlled substance, possessing a schedule I controlled substance, possessing a schedule II controlled substance and possessing drug paraphernalia at the 1300 block of San Juan Avenue.
