• Jessica Welch, 37, Alamosa, was cited for possessing a schedule II controlled substance and theft at 802 State Avenue. There were 3.48 grams of meth recovered from Welch.
• Dominic Martinez, 37, Denver, was summoned for violating a protection order at 2221 Thomas Avenue.
• Layne Crowther, 16, Alamosa, was cited for driving 1-4 mph over the speed limit at the 1300 block of Main Street.
• Dalton Green, 22, Alamosa, was cited for driving 10-119 mph over the speed limit at the 1700 block of Main Street.
• Jeremiah Ortega, 61, was cited for driving 1-4 mph over the speed limit at the 1600 block of Main Street.

• Maria Archuleta, 53, Alamosa, was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign at the 900 block of Eighth Street.
• Andres Gonzalez Arroyo, 16, Alamosa, was cited for driving without a seatbelt at the 100 block of Craft Drive.
