- Raul E. Soto, 34, Monte Vista, was cited for possessing a schedule I controlled substance at the 2200 block of Thomas Avenue. There was .51 grams of heroin found on his person.
- Rafael Toledo, 20 of Cuba, New Mexico, was summoned for underage consumption of marijuana, failing to obey a traffic control signal and driving under the influence at the 2200 block of Main Street.
- Carrie Thornsbury, 42, Alamosa, was summoned for defacing a public establishment at 2025 Main Street.
