Public hearing will be held at annex building Jan. 27

ALAMOSA — The notice is hereby given that a public hearing before the Alamosa County Land Use Administrator will be held on Jan. 27 at 2 p.m., at the Alamosa County Annex Building, 8999 Independence Way, Alamosa, for the purpose of considering an application for a Replat submitted by Eloquent Enterprises, LLC.

The applicants are proposing to replat in order to preserve land with ditch access and to sell ranch property with irrigation wells.

The legal description is: Tracts 1,2,3 and 4, Eastman Land Division of the NW4SW4 of Section 26, Township 39 North, Range 10 East, N.M.P.M., the Plat of which was filed Sept. 17, 2017, under Reception No. 332424 in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Alamosa County.

And the NE4SW4 of Section 26, Township 39 North, Range 10 East, N.M.P.M., in Alamosa County.
