Hundreds came to remember long-time Alamosa educator Jerry Reed Monday evening at the AHS stadium bricks.

Reed, who passed away Monday in Colorado Springs, began the brick project at the stadium a few years ago and has been the catalyst behind its success. Stories, memories and Jerry's words of wisdom were shared, all revolving around Reed's way of loving the Alamosa community and its many students. Many recounted his well known line "you are loved."
