DEL NORTE— The Rio Grande County Museum board members invite the public to the inaugural “Gateway to the Holidays” event to kick-off the upcoming holiday season on Saturday, Nov. 17, at 7 p.m. at the museum.

As Del Norte is known as the “Gateway to the San Juans,” it seems appropriate to recognize and celebrate that distinction. 

Join in an evening of ethnic holiday goodies, music provided by local artists, and take advantage of the opportunity to purchase some unique holiday items from the museum gift shop. The museum will be decorated with ethnic Christmas decorations, and there will be fun for all. Free admission.
