Alamosa County Chamber of Commerce welcomed Eclipse Property Management to the local business community with a ribbon cutting last week attended by chamber and city officials as well as other well-wishers. Cutting the ribbon is owner Chuck Kelley with support from daughters Charlie (sign) and Ezri (behind scissors). Chuck began his real estate career with Porter Realty and managed their property management division until recently being given the chance to buy that division.
