Ricky Anthony Quintana

SAN PABLO — San Pablo resident Ricky Anthony Quintana, 61, passed away February 9, 2021, at the Penrose Medical Center with his loving family by his side. Ricky was born on March 23, 1959, in San Luis, Colorado, the son of  Alex and Stella Quintana. Ricky was a compassionate and loving partner, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin and friend who enjoyed going fishing, being in the mountains, and spending time with his children, grandchildren, family and friends. Ricky will always be remembered for his wonderful sense of humor and his selflessness to always be the first to help anyone in need.       

Survivors include his partner daughter Marissa (Luis) Vazquez of San Acacio, CO; son Ricky A. Quintana Jr. (Sierra Nevares) of Alamosa, CO; grandchildren Nevaehen Quintana, Anaius Quintana, Eliana Vazquez, Xeyana Vazquez, Jayvian Quintana.  partner Karla Placeck of San Pablo, CO; mother of his children Evelyn Trujillo of Alamosa, CO; sisters Marjorie (Ken) Naramore, Lorraine Quintana both of San Luis, CO; Marleen Guzman, Rosaline Kruger both of Alamosa, CO; brothers William (Wilma) Quintana of Chama, CO; Leonard (Bernice) Quintana of Chama, CO; Emery (Cecilia) Quintana of San Acacio, CO; Johnny (Josie) Quintana of Chama, CO; Dicky Quintana of Salina, KS. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Ricky was preceded in death by his parents Alex and Stella Quintana, four brothers David Quintana, George Quintana, Ernest Quintana and Joseph Quintana.
