ALAMOSA — The Alamosa Rotary Club is pleased to announce that Alamosa Police Chief Duane Oakes will be the speaker on Monday, March 26, at noon at Juanito’s Restaurant, 1019 6th Street.

Chief Oakes will share information about the implementation of the Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion (LEAD) program within the City and County of Alamosa.
