ALAMOSA — The Alamosa Rotary Club is pleased to announce that Jeff Owsley of the San Luis Valley Hemp Company will be the speaker on Monday, July 16 at noon at Juanito’s Restaurant, 1019 6th Street. 

Jeff will present an update on the hemp industry in the San Luis Valley.
