MONTE VISTA — Ruben “Max” Martinez, age 89, of Pueblo and formally of Monte Vista, passed away on Jan. 14, 2020 at home with his loving wife Estella, daughters Pauline (Jerry) Trujillo, Joyce Martinez, Maxine Martinez, grandchildren and great-grandchildren by his side.

Cremation has been chosen through Angelus Chapel Mortuaries of Pueblo. Rosary is to be recited Thursday, Jan. 23, 2020 at 6 p.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church in Pueblo. Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, Jan. 24, 2020 at 11 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation to be made to a hospice care organization of your choice.
