FORT GARLAND — A Fort Garland girl has just won Little Miss Colorado Natural.

Koebel Rumsey, 6, from Fort Garland took the title home to the San Luis Valley. She is the new Little Miss Colorado Natural as well the past Little Miss Colorado Glitz and is the only person to ever hold the title for both contests.

Little Miss Colorado is a Christian based pageant system. 

Contestants of all ages compete once a year in Denver for the titles of Little Miss Colorado Glitz and Little Miss Colorado Natural.

In 2015 Koebel held the title of Little Miss Colorado Glitz. Koebel also took home to the Valley the grand talent award! Koebel’s talent is sign language and she has been filmed in the show signing time! She has been signing since she was 3 months old.
