ALAMOSA — San Juan Ave. from the alley to Main Street will be closed to traffic and public parking from Friday, January 26th at 6 a.m. until Saturday, January 27th at 9 p.m. for the 2018 Rio Frio Ice Festival. As the “hub” of IceFest Activities, San Juan and Main will be seeing increased foot traffic during the weekend.
