MONTE VISTA — The Upper Rio Grande Economic Development monthly breakfast meeting will be held Tuesday, March 12, at 7 a.m. at Mountain View Restaurant in Monte Vista, with program by Cleave Simpson, general manager of the Rio Grande Water Conservation District, who will review and continue discussions from the recent State of the Basin Symposium, including exportation attempt.
