VALLEY — We Care, We Share is an employee directed donation program that San Luis Valley Federal Bank started back in May 2015. Each SLVFB employee selects a local SLV non-profit to receive a contribution of $250 as part of the bank’s community investment program.

Since May 2015 SLVFB has donated $60,000 to local non-profit organizations through this program.

The purpose of the program is to give the bank employees a better understanding of the Valley’s community organizations, which in turn connects our employees with the bank’s mission to give back to the community.

In 2018 San Luis Valley Federal Bank donated to 48 different community organizations.

San Luis Valley Federal Bank appreciates the hard work that these non-profit organizations do for our community. By supporting these local organizations SLVFB hopes to help our community prospers and thrive.
