Starbucks to open March 26

ALAMOSA — The wait is over! The long anticipated Starbucks Drive Thru is coming to Alamosa this spring!

Alamosa native and Center High School graduate Kayleigh Fuller has been given the opportunity to bring this special store to this community, she has journeyed with Starbucks across the United States for over five years most recently having managed stores in Pueblo.

On Monday March 26th, the Alamosa Starbucks will open its doors to customers bright and early at 5 a.m. at 1310 Main Street. This new and exciting hang out spot will be open Monday thru Sunday; from 5 a.m.-10 p.m. serving quality beverages and a wide selection of pastries, breakfast sandwiches, paninis, and snacks.

Perks that customers can look forward to include; free Wi-Fi and a bright open lobby for customers to study, enjoy coffee breaks, or just to meet up with friends! The store will a feature a community table in the center of the lobby for customers to share the space which can be reserved for small groups upon request.

Outside of the store customers can experience an open patio with plenty of seating and shade to enjoy during the warmer days. Kayleigh and her team would love to invite folks to a grand opening ceremony on Saturday March 31st from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. with a ribbon cutting ceremony at noon during which Mayor Ty Coleman and the Chamber of Commerce will join in the festivities. The public is welcome to come by and try some samples of different beverages and pastries throughout the event.
