Alamosa firefighters knock down a blaze Sunday afternoon that burned this shed and some fencing after embers from a trash barrel started weeds on fire, which spread to a fence and shed. The shed was totally destroyed, according to Alamosa Fire Chief Don Chapman. Chapman said no other structures were threatened by the fire. Firefighters were called out to 5651 County Road 106 at 1:37 p.m. on March 19 and were on scene for two hours.
