CENTER– On Tuesday, Center Police Officers were dispatched to 700 Wills St. following a call in reference to a male party being robbed at gunpoint and having his car keys taken. While they were en route, officers received further reports that shots had been fired. Assistance was requested from the Rio Grande and Saguache County Sheriff’s Offices. The officers arrived on the scene within minutes, but the suspects had fled the scene. After a short time, the suspects who were identified as Joshua Sisneros and Gage Vega were taken into custody and transported to the Saguache County Sheriff’s Office. Both were charged with Aggravated Robbery, Burglary and Theft. No injuries were reported in the incident.
