URGED annual meeting to feature Frontier Drive-in Project

SOUTH FORK — Upper Rio Grande Economic Development (URGED) annual dinner meeting at the Rio Grande Club & Resort in South Fork will be Monday, April 9, with cocktails at 5:30 p.m., dinner at 6:15 p.m. and program at 7 p.m. featuring Mark Falcone and Mike Anderson, the Frontier Drive-in Project.

The featured speakers will talk about the redevelopment of the Frontier Drive-In south of Center on Highway 285. The project is conceived as a food, film and art retreat providing artist residencies, workshops and public programming such as exhibits, lectures, film screenings and music performances. This will be an exciting new venue for the Valley.

The program will be followed by a question and answer forum.
