DEL NORTE — The Upper Rio Grande Economic Development monthly breakfast meeting will be held Tuesday, February 13 at 7 a.m. at the Windsor Hotel in Del Norte. Raleigh Burt from Kristi Mountain Sports will talk about the 2018 national Outdoor Retailer Show recently held in Denver and the 12 Hours of Penitence endurance mountain bike race this October 13 at Penitente Canyon.
