The San Luis Valley Ski-Hi Stampede has once again designated the July 27 PRCA Rodeo Performance as “Tough Enough to Wear Pink Night.” The initiative is designed to bring awareness to local efforts in the fight against Breast Cancer.

Recently, the Ski Hi Stampede Committee made its’ annual contribution of $7,000 to the Stephanie L. Miner Women’s Imaging Center at the San Luis Valley Regional Medical Center.

Rodeo goers are asked to wear pink for the Saturday Rodeo. The hope is to have a “Pink Out” in the grandstands. The Ski Hi Stampede is committed to assisting efforts to fight against cancer in the Valley and beyond.
