REMINDER: On October 15, The Colorado Division of Water Resources mailed  Water Use Data Submittal Form, to ALL large capacity well owners/users in the San Luis Valley, subject to the Division 3 Groundwater Measurement Rules.  These forms are required to be completed online at www.dwr.state.co.us/GroundWater, via mailed form or via fax to 719-589-6685. The form needs to be filed with The Division of Water Resources by December 1 in order to be in compliance with the Rules Governing the Measurement of Ground Water Diversions located in Water Division 3, The Rio Grande Basin.  Call 719-589-6683.
