The city finalized a fishing point at Blanca Vista Park. With help from Trout Unlimited more than four new fishing spots were added at the body of water. While the pond is currently stocked as part of the ‘Fishing is Fun’ grant and is a youth only fishery, there are plans to open it to everyone.
