Zacheis Planetarium free movies continue through spring

Zacheis Planetarium welcomes the public to free movies every Thursday and Saturday.

The Adams State University Zacheis Planetarium has released the free public movie schedule through the spring semester. 

Thursdays, 7 p.m. and 7:45 p.m.:

March 28: Lucy’s Cradle: The Birth of Wonder and Earth, Moon, Sun

April 4: Saturn: Jewel of the Heavens and Stars of the Pharaohs

April 11: IBEX: Search for the Edge of the Solar System and Dynamic Earth: Exploring Earth’s Climate Engine

April 18: Supervolcanos and Bella Gaia

April 25:  Into the Deep and Natural Selection

May 2: Earthquake: Evidence of a Restless Planet and To Space and Back

Saturdays, 3 p.m. and 3:45 p.m.:

March. 30: Solar Superstorms and Distant Worlds: Alien Life?

April 6: Dream to Fly and From Earth to the Universe

April 13: Dark and Experience the Aurora

April 20: The Hot and Energetic Universe and Lamps of Atlantis

April 27:  Back to the Moon for Good and Robot Explorers

May 4: Black Holes: The other Side of Infinity and Hubble Vision 2

As always, admission is free for everyone, just check in at the front desk. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Doors open 15 minutes before the first show.
