The Alamosa School District held the first of three student registration Back to School Bash events on Monday at the Tierra Nueva Apartments on Craft Drive. On Tuesday, the registration event continues at the Century Mobile Home Park at 17th and State Avenue in Alamosa at 4:30 p.m. On Wednesday, the registration continues at the Alamosa School District Family Center in the Shooting Stars Cultural and Leadership Center at 807 Ross Ave. and in Historic Zapata Park for a large community fiesta. Backpacks full of school supplies were given out to the students and will be available at the other registration events, while they last.
