ALAMOSA — Earlier this week, on Aug. 19, at the intersection of State Avenue and 11th Street in Alamosa, artists Casey McCoy and Nora Mc Bride were busy painting street art at the storm drains. The artwork is now complete and includes messages that whatever enters the infrastructure flows into the Rio Grande.
