Adams State Soccer Announces Coaching Hire

ALAMOSA– Adams State Men’s and Women’s Soccer announces that Hannah Harbich-Kuster has joined the coaching staff’s as a goalkeepers coach on Monday.

Kuster, a native of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, comes to Adams State after finishing her playing career at Lynn University, in Boca Raton, Florida. Before joining Lynn University, she played a year at ASA College Miami and a season at Polk State College.

Kuster’s primary roles will consist of training the goalkeepers and player development on the field.

“I am thrilled and honored to be joining Adams State soccer staff as one of the Assistant Coaches. Having the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of such a respected program is incredibly exciting. I look forward to working alongside talented athletes and coaches, fostering a culture of dedication and teamwork,” said Kuster.

While playing at Lynn University, Hannah posted a .723 save percentage during her senior season, having a remarkable shutout victory against Palm Beach Atlantic. Hannah earned SSC Commissioner Honor Roll recognition during all four years at Lynn.

Head Coaches Alex Greco and Justin Gilfert released a joint statement: “We are excited to have Hannah working with both our teams. She has a great knowledge of the game and is an excellent student. Which will help our Student-Athletes on and off the field.”

In the Spring of 2024, Hannah joined the Lynn University Women’s Basketball team as a manager where she was able to extend her knowledge on leadership and managing statistics. Summer of 2024, Hannah helped coach the U-17 C.R. Flamengo Women ‘s Goalkeepers and Goleiro Academy for all age groups. Hannah was able to share her knowledge, honing abilities and nurturing confidence in players.

“Every session was an opportunity to foster a deep understanding of the game, focusing on discipline and preparing those young athletes for the challenges ahead,” said Kuster.

Hannah graduated with an Associates of Science in Sports and Fitness Management from ASA College Miami, a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management and a Graduate Certificate in Marketing from Lynn University. While at Adam’s State, Hannah will be getting her Master’s Degree in Leadership Management.
