Melanie Miera, 46, of Monte Vista was cited for speeding 20-39 mph over the limit in the 1000 block of Highway 17 North. 

Apolonio Cremar, 27, of Albuquerque, N.M., was cited for speeding 10-19 mph over the limit in the 9000 block of Highway 285. 

Ashlyn Smith, 30, of Sanford was cited for speeding 20-39 mph over the limit in the 12000 block of 109 South. 

Jeffrey Summers, 60, of Alamosa was cited for vicious animal x2 at 7555 County Road 11 South. 

Lane Mattausch, 20, of Alamosa was cited for assault in the third degree at 942 County Road 12 South. 

Ty Mattausch of Alamosa was cited for second degree assault, heat of passion, at 942 County Road 12 South. 

Sofia Delgado, 21, of Monte Vista cited for speeding 10-19 mph over the limit in the 2000 block of Highway 160. 

Daniel Hart, 51, of Moffat was cited for driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs or both and driving a vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .008 or greater at the intersection of Cielo Azul and Carroll. 

Shane Taggart, 23, of Alamosa was cited for speeding 20-39 mph over the limit in the 16000 block of Highway 160.
